I believe software should be built with care, simplicity, and attention to detail. I build clean, reliable digital systems that work beautifully and last.

My name is Kin Clark Perez. I am a mobile, web, and product engineer. I read books, write, and build while drinking coffee.

I design and build mobile and web applications. I operate as a solo developer, taking ideas and turning them into working systems. My philosophy is simple: complexity is easy, but simplicity requires a rare, stubborn devotion.

Whether designing a booking system for maritime transit, or building institutional management platforms, I focus on practical details. I construct interfaces that are easy to use and backends that work reliably.

I am currently integrating artificial intelligence models directly into my workflow to accelerate development speed and explore modern automation boundaries. In addition to building systems, I conduct technical workshops to share practical engineering insights with local developer communities.

Gecko 2026
A premium utility intelligence platform built to deconstruct home energy consumption. Integrating real-time circuit mapping and consumption telemetry, it transforms standard electric utility bills into clear, actionable thermal insights, helping households trim waste and master their footprint.
An AI-first institutional system built to organize SWU PHINMA’s learning spaces. Behind its quiet, real-time analytics dashboard lies a hardened Postgres architecture protected by strict database-level isolation. It is an exploration of how software can bring clarity to education.
Shippy 2025
A B2B booking and tracking ecosystem designed to tame the administrative chaos of ferry logistics. Built to scale, it reduces manual friction by sixty percent, proving that even industrial logistics can be navigated with clean, unburdened interfaces.
Hirayo 2024
A peer-to-peer mobile rental platform built on the belief that sharing should be seamless and immediate. Powered by React Native and Supabase, it coordinates low-latency messaging and secure exchanges without cluttering the user’s mind.

My path began in Cebu, where the hum of the sea meets the restless energy of the city. I grew up navigating the communities of developers, including Flutter Philippines, JS Cebu, and GDG Cebu, learning from others and sharing ideas.

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Southwestern University PHINMA, I spend my time building software, learning new technologies, and working on projects that solve real-world problems.

I believe speed is a technical requirement, but simplicity is a design objective. When I am not building apps or refining layouts, I am typically refining my slow-drip coffee ratios, capturing daily life on a camera (documented in my ), traveling to islands, or searching for the best local places to eat.
